This charming country house, built in a rustic Canarian style and located in the idyllic setting just below the famous Plaza La Glorieta, south of Los Llanos, offers a cozy atmosphere in an exceptionally beautiful location. Enjoy from here a breathtaking view of the sea and the picturesque mountain landscape of La Palma. This unobstructed, panoramic view will quicken the heart of any nature lover. The house is ideally situated at an elevation of just 450 meters above sea level, in the best climate zone on the west side of the island. After a complete restoration in 2006, which included the use of typical Canarian natural stone walls and a horizontal moisture barrier, the 85 m² house offers an optimal indoor climate throughout the year. It features a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a shower bathroom, and a large, light-flooded conservatory. Electric heaters in all rooms and an antique original Swedish cast-iron stove ensure a pleasant atmosphere even during the few cooler months. The picturesque outdoor area on the southwest side of the house and the brick-built outdoor grill on the adjacent terrace complete the picture of this typical Palmerian country house – the perfect place for cozy hours with family and friends. The garden is beautifully designed and easy to maintain, thanks to an automatic irrigation system. Additionally, on the property, there is a separate 32 m² solid lava stone building, which offers various possibilities for use, such as accommodation for guests.
